Current Information: Age-38 7, Liston Road, Clapham Sheerness (Isle of Sheppey) Cemetery, Kent Arthur Hawkins died from pneumonia on 21st October, 1914, while serving with the 6th Rifle Brigade battalion in England. 6th Rifle Brigade was the reserve battalion which was based in England and trained new recruits before sending them overseas to join the other battalions of the regiment.
